The role

Jellyfish delivers digital marketing solutions across the world for a host of impressive brands from their offices in the US, Europe, and South Africa. The agency’s award-winning combination of technology and talent help it to deliver paid media, UX, SEO, social media, analytics, optimization, creative and development solutions.

We are growing our global CRM team and are looking for a talented individual to work on existing client retainer business, and support new business and strategic partner activities. The candidate will be based in our Amsterdam office. They will ideally have experience developing and executing multi-channel strategies along with reporting and database management; content development and knowledge of audience creation for publishing in media and social channels are a plus.



Responsibilities
  • Daily hands-on execution of multi-channel marketing programs in support of company and client objectives. This includes ownership of the setup, maintenance, and review of recurring and triggered campaigns, maintaining a current understanding of industry best practices and applying them to the execution of our campaigns.
  • Analyse campaign results and reporting campaign performance, summarising key insights, and offering recommendations.
  • Work with the analytics team to understand business and customer needs and site analytics required to measure campaign success.
  • Support and develop multi-channel marketing strategies and campaigns including targeting, set-up, end-to-end testing, execution, strategic analysis, and optimization.
  • Write detailed briefs for creative and development teams and collaborate to create world class campaigns.
  • Serve as a main point of contact for data integration for multiple platforms and systems ensuring integrated program management and optimal use of third-party programs and partnerships.
  • Onboard and support clients on strategic partner platforms such as LiveRamp, and Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
  • Make recommendations and promote the use of innovative email features and capabilities including dynamic content, interactivity, intelligent targeting, personalisation, database segmentation, APIs and email templates.
  • Manage and develop email / mobile test amp; learn roadmap. Plan, optimise, analyse , A/B test, and make recommendations on improving channel performance amp; conversion
  • Stay current with regulatory industry standards related to emailensures best practices through email compliance and spam regulation (GDPR, CAN-SPAM) and share program insights and recommendations with marketing managers and colleagues.

Requirements

Skills amp; Experience Requirements
  • Experience in CRM with working knowledge of sophisticated marketing automation solutions
  • Experience with CRM software (e.g., IBM Marketing Cloud, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Marketo, Exponea, Braze, Emarsys, and/or Hubspot a plus)
  • Ability to analyze data issues and produce working solutions
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and work independently.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Working knowledge of digital analytics tools (e.g., Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics)
  • Working knowledge of HTML, CSS amp; mobile email design.
