About us
Studyportals has disrupted the way universities all around the world recruit international students.
This year our websites will received over 50 million users. Students around the world use our platform, searching for their best matching education. At the same time, we help educators to diversify their (international) student population.
This makes us the most popular study choice platform worldwide.
About the team
You will be a part of a UXD team of three, that works closely with Product Owners and Developers in multiple Scrum teams. The team facilitates the research and design process by talking to our users, running workshops, creating concepts, getting feedback on designs, and handing those to developers.
About the role
Within the team you will improve the overall User Experience of our biggest portals and improve the product marketing by better explaining the product value proposition throughout the whole site, to increase user engagement, loyalty, and retention.
You are one of six front-end engineers at Studyportals, so you are not all by yourself and there is plenty of support to help you finetune the most challenging applications.
Virtually, all our systems have been developed in-house and are following modern quality standards. We work in a service-oriented architecture, powered by our own RESTful API and AWS. Our Front-ends are powered by VueJS, Node/NPM, TypeScript, Sass, and the necessary technology for being able to do test-driven development and ensure fast and user friendly high-traffic websites.
