We’re looking for an experienced and versatile Executive Producer to lead the development and delivery of a wide range of film, video, photo and content based projects to work on of the worlds most beloved automotive brands.
About The Role
- The role requires a deep understanding of production consultancy, creative development, shoot management, production, negotiation and distribution across all media.
- You will be responsible for delivering still and moving image output with the highest standards as well as taking responsibility for the technical and creative quality of our productions.
- To make sure great work is done between MediaMonks monasteries in Europe you proactively engage and inspire our creative teams. Craft a sense of community between creative and production leads
- You are a master in budgeting, scheduling and managing international productions and attend (international) shoots when appropriate.
- You respond to briefs, support the creative development process, and pitch to win new still and moving image business.
- Having a solid understanding of Automotive regulations and protocols set down by industry regulatory bodies in relevant markets is a very big plus.
- Liaising and coordinating multiple third-party suppliers and enforcing preferred supplier agreements is not new to you.
- You will directly lead, inspire and motivate a strong and coordinated production / project management team.
- Communicating with the Finance Department to ensure cash flow on jobs is managed appropriately, results in you championing important financial goals.
- You work side by side with the Group Production Director, insurance partners, legal advisors and Finance Director on all contractual negotiations and ensuring the company and its productions are financially sound and legally compliant.
- This role requires solid experience in video production, and an intimate understanding of what’s needed to make great digital video, Photo and content projects come to life.
- You will work in a team of dedicated Film, Photo amp; Content producers
- You’ll be responsible for scoping and quoting from large and complex to adaptation projects as well as timing and planning production work at the senior level.
- Together with our creatives and Business Monks, you’ll also play a key role in bidding for new projects and the development of production proposals.
- You’ll assess and elevate the feasibility of concepts and production plans, always making sure that the work aligns with the client’s brief and budget.
- You have budgetary responsibility from calculation, through price negotiation and controlling, up to the project completion
- You expand and maintain our network of talents, suppliers and cooperation partners

Requirements
- You’re a driven professional who’s eager to deliver on exciting, creative briefs, and with direct agency experience in digital, video, film or content production techniques and skills.
- Fluent in english, dutch ; french a real plus
- You need at least 5 years of high-level / senior agency/production company experience working as a mid-weight / senior film or video content producer for leading clients and brands.
- You have good communication skills and ability to work in a team
- You love communication. We need a true-born team player who can successfully work across teams and technologies.
- You know how to produce a variety of different film types inside out and bring extensive film expertise to the table, being able to produce the best possible work within the time available.
- You are experienced doing business with top clients who will seek your take, expertise and leadership on the production of their ideas.
- Having current, technical knowledge and experience in the film, photography, CGI
- You have very good knowledge in project management of extensive production projects, as well as calculation and controlling
- You overcome, oversee and conquer, and instead of freaking out, you are freaking good with handling stressful situations that are part of the job.
- You play a supporting role in the bidding for new projects, contributing to the development of creative and production proposals.
