Role: Global Distribution Project Coordinator
MAIN PURPOSE:
Support the delivery of Distribution Strategic Change Programme to take the function to world class and ready for vision 2025.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES amp; ACCOUNTABILITIES:
- Support the definition and delivery the distribution excellence programme in line with Good Distribution Practice (GDP) as directed by the Global Distribution Project Manager
- Manage meetings involved in the delivery of the projects, including but not limited to ensuring attendance, booking appropriate facilities, agenda preparation and taking minutes and actions and ensuring that these are available to relevant parties
- Managing global reporting forum as a appropriate.
- Ensuring that project documentation are appropriately recorded and stored where globally accessible.
- Completing actions as agreed with the Project Manager to ensure that projects are delivered on time and in full.
- Ensuring that through use of the Norgine quality management process that no GXPs are contravened.
RELATIONSHIPS:
- Identification and management of relationships with key stakeholders, (including current spend owners, ‘user’ functions and individuals and governance bodies).
Requirements
SKILLS amp; KNOWLEDGE
- Graduate Level with experience in Distribution
- Expertise in managing Distribution network in the Pharmaceutical Industry
- Global understanding of extended Supply Chain activities.
- Excellent Communicaiton and persuasion skills based on evidence and data
- Ability to analyse and interpret data to identify improvement opportunities
- Project management skills
