We are looking for a French-speakingRecruiter based in Amsterdam to focus on our BENELUX market.

We began to rapidly scale the company and are looking for support to grow the heart of Gorillas: Our Operations team. This opportunity offers a broad scope of responsibilities ranging from full cycle recruitment to process improvement and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities:

• Full cycle recruitment; Own the entire recruiting cycle for our warehouse vacancies across the BENELUX market
• Candidate experience; Ensure that candidates are given the proper support and attention while building lasting relationships regardless of the outcome
• Employer Branding; Actively participate in building an exciting Employer Brand proposition
• Be an active team player and work on projects to improve hiring processes across the organisation
• Leverage data to better understand all recruitment efforts and adjust accordingly

Requirements

• First experience in a high-volume recruitment role
• French on a fluent level
• English on a fluent level
• Proven ability to manage multiple pipelines and stakeholders at the same time and shift priorities quickly
• Team spirit and collaborative way of working with an open communication style
• Keeping a cool head in stressful times
• Love for meeting people - you'll have lots of contact with great colleagues and excited candidates
