Job Description
We are looking for a new team member to expand our corporate practice group in Amsterdam. Our Notary Services practice is ambitious and fast-growing, offering the possibility for notaries to develop grow and work in an international environment. We offer realistic, high quality bespoke solutions. Our team covers a broad range of areas and sectors and works closely together with other specialists within our Amsterdam office, including corporate lawyers and tax lawyers.
Requirements
- Master’s Degree in Notarial Law
- 5 - 8 years of experience in corporate law
- Fluent in Dutch and English
- Commercial awareness and solution-oriented
- Proactive and down-to-earth
- Any affinity with Family law or Real Estate is most welcome
Key responsibilities
Our civil-law notaries assist Dutch and international investors, family offices, real estate companies, banks and other financial institutions. We have extensive experience in advising on intra group restructurings, business succession planning, transactional work in a national and international setting. The practice is also active in the niche of family owned businesses. Being experienced in the dynamics and problems specific to family businesses, such as succession planning is a plus. Candidates who have affinity with Real Estate law are also most welcome to apply for this position.
