At Midaxo, the EMEA Director of Partnerships is a trusted business advisor to our network of consultants and investment banks, providing valuable guidance and support for our suite of SaaS products and services. This role is responsible for the development of new revenue opportunities and for renewals and upsells within existing partnership accounts.
Responsibilities and duties
- Create, execute, and oversee account plans and monitor customer engagement.
- Develop, nurture, and monitor effective communications with partner accounts.
- Prospect for and close new partner accounts.
- Renew and expand revenue within the book of business.
- Support post-sales initiatives, cultivate referral opportunities, gather testimonials, and acquire key executive sponsorships.
- Collaborate with Midaxo’s customer success team to onboard, train, support, and grow assigned accounts.
- Document customer specific processes and cross-train other Midaxo team members to ensure excellent support.
- Develop and execute new service ideas.
- Resolve customers’ high-level requests and questions within the Midaxo platform.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred
- Experience working within corporate development or for Mamp;A or financial consulting firm preferred.
- 5+ years enterprise SaaS sales or account management experience preferred.
- Experienced in cultivating strategic partnerships with +$2MM in ARR using enterprise SaaS level software applications.
- Open-minded, positive, creative, and capable of delighting our customers and increasing user adoption.
- Creative problem solver, able to accomplish goals using a variety of processes and tools.
- Interest to stay abreast of technical and financial developments within the Mamp;A industry
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English are essential.
- Superior active listening skills.Use of Salesforce, Jira, and other client relationship systems preferred.
