Partner Marketing Klarna’s marketing department is working tirelessly to build one of the world's strongest brands. We’re now looking for a Partner Marketing Manager to help us to strengthen our market leadership position. You’ll play a key role in this effort, working through our partnership channels to spread the word about how incredibly smoooth the Klarna experience is.
Who you areFor you to be a successful Partner Marketing Manager, we believe we have to dissect that title into two parts: you need to be strong with partner management, but obviously need to be a marketer at heart (and mind). You will use your creativity to explore opportunities to market Klarna in an independent and partner role.What you will do
  • Work closely with Platforms amp; Payment Service Providers (PSP) with the aim of building and nurturing durable marketing relationships with our partners
  • You own the co-marketing agenda and will drive the planning and execution of activities such a joint events, webinars, reference cases, blog posts, whitepapers, newsletters, etc.
  • Lead the marketing launches of new partnerships
  • You align with the Klarna Global amp; Regional marketing teams and are responsible for the partner marketing strategy locally
  • You manage the partner marketing budget and keep senior stakeholders updated on performance and spending
  • Drive engagement with our partners through events
You should have
  • Fluent skills in Dutch. Professional working proficiency English, written and verbal. Good understanding of the French language would be a plus.
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant marketing and/or external-client facing roles, budget management, event planning and CRM management.
  • Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in a relevant field (e.g. marketing, business, communications).
  • Must be team oriented and highly resourceful - ‘Can do’ and ‘Willing to do what it takes’ attitude
  • Comfortable interacting with and managing relationships with senior stakeholders at merchant partners
You might also have
  • You are ruthless in delivering results on time and with the highest standards
  • Account/partner management experience is preferred.
  • Ecommerce or payments experience is preferred; ideal candidate has work experience within the PSP, SaaS or other major ecommerce ecosystems.
