Lead and develop Gorillas’ team of Procurement Specialists, Demand Planners and Forecasting Analysts for the Benelux region! Enable your team members to continuously improve on when, who, what and how we forecast and replenish the warehouses. With your knowledge of Planning and Forecasting in the food retail business and your leadership competencies, you ensure we have the best processes and planning in place, so the products on our app are always available to our customers and we have minimal food waste.
Requirements
Gorillas has big plans ahead! To guide the team through the rapid growth and constant developments, we are looking for an experienced, analytical Forecasting and Demand Planning Specialist with exceptional, proven leadership skills. A clear eye for the needs and development of the team is required, as well as excellent adaptability within a rapidly changing and expanding environment. Further, we’ re looking for someone with awareness of the developments in their surroundings in order to secure product availability now and in the future.
