Job Description
Our business is growing rapidly and therefore we are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our HR team and to enable this growth.
The focus of our team is to support and enable our growing and developing business. As a growing company in a competitive market, we have to move fast and be flexible. We have to be proactive and creative in sourcing the right talent, even if this talent doesn’t know yet they want to come and work for us.
Your responsibilities will be:
Proactively sourcing and qualifying interesting talents in the market, which will take up most of your time.
However, your responsibilities will also be (but won’t be limited to):
- Creating spot on vacancy texts in cooperation with the business and our Recruiter;
- Identifying the places to be to advertise our vacancies and come up with creative solutions;
- Create a shortlist of candidates;
- Introducing candidates to the hiring managers and follow up with planning interviews with the selected candidates;
- Guide candidate through the application process.
It would be great if you fit this profile:
- You have a minimum of 2 years experience in a similar or sales role;
- You have experience in the use of Social Media and/or Recruitment Platforms;
- Experience with SEO is a pre;
- Experience in IT recruitment is a pre;
- Experience in the E-Commerce market is a pre;
- Your past successes show that you know how to convince and place the right candidate;
- You are self-motivated, resourceful, and resilient;
- You have a lot of energy, are extroverted by nature and love to connect with people;
- You love a good challenge;
- You know how to ask the right questions and to find an optimal person organization fit;
- You love to work in a fast paced, scale up, tech environment.
