Your role as club success manager means:
- Being the main of contact for football clubs
- Maintaining and building strong relationships with football clubs
- Scheduling auctions, making sure that auctions run smoothly (project management responsibilities)
- Coordinating the cooperation between departments within MatchWornShirt
- Upselling
Your regular activities:
Talking to clubs on a regular basis and keeping track of current auctions. Making sure that the clubs are satisfied with the cooperation and that you make sure you achieve the best result possible with the auctions.
You will cooperate with the marketing team, auction management team, business development team, and the technical team to make sure that auctions are scheduled and running smoothly.
Requirements
- At least 1-2 years of relevant B2B experience in client success management, project management or sales
- Bachelor degree in Business, Economics, Sports or similar
- Great communication skills and fluency in English
- Spanish language will be a great advantage
- Experience in multitasking, coordinating, building relationships within the company
- You want to ‘do good’ and enjoy contributing to a better world by raising funds for charities through our products
- You are proactive, determined and enthusiastic,and stress-resistant.
- Humble most of the time, but proud of your achievements!
- Not everyone needs to be a football fan, but for this role it is helpful!

Our recruitment process consists of three rounds:
- Getting to know each other: this will consist of a call with a member of our HR team
- Assessment task which we will follow up upon with a final conversation with our Head of Club Success
- Full interview with the management team
