Our UX monks in the Netherlands are looking for a solid all-rounder UX Designer to join their team. You’ll be part of a dedicated virtual solutions team that helps the biggest brands in the world leverage their events into a digital or hybrid solution.

About the job
As a UX Designer for virtual solutions you are mainly involved in working closely together with clients to understand their needs and wants in hosting a virtual event and translating this into a bespoke look and feel that runs on features which are reusable across different projects. You will spend about half of your time working on client-facing projects and the other half on the continuous development of the features for the virtual solutions product.
You socialize ideas and approaches with clients, who recognize your experience and value your input. You’re comfortable with both leadingand collaborating withcreatives, designers and developers of any level. They can rely on you to understand business, user, content and tech requirements so they can design effectively. In turn you amplify their work by testing it with users and designing improvements where needed.
