About this position

We are looking for a Product Operations Team Lead with deep excitement for in-house technology products. The Product Operations team supports all operational aspects between the product teams and internal stakeholders like the commercial team, account managers and wider business. This role bridges and triages as the first point of contact for all internal requests and coordinates the education around new products.

As the Product Operations Team Lead, you will be managing a team of Product Operations Associates and have the unique opportunity to reshape how groceries are being purchased, packed, and delivered. You will be able to define how our teams work together and build outstanding product support processes that will be the future of online grocery deliveries.


Your responsibilities
  • Manage a team of Product Operations Associates and be responsible for creating trust with your team members, stakeholders and leadership team by ensuring constant proactive communication
  • Setup and improve processes that scale and making modifications where necessary
  • Act as the point of contact and triage bugs and outages for internal tools (bugs, support, stream slack channels) and customer facing apps
  • Work closely with stakeholders across the entire organization to ensure outstanding product value and quality.
  • Drive and scale the rollout of all internal tools including user training an appropriate communication
  • Develop support material such as support articles, user guides, FAQs, How-To videos, and Webinars
  • Obtain the data you need and translate it into actionable insights
  • Assist with special projects to improve global internal processes and managing development, and support with small internal applications; delivering value
  • Provide ongoing operational and technical support to different stakeholders and teams
  • Ensure our customers are at the heart of all our decisions

Requirements

What you’ll need to be successful:
  • Passionate about building world-class customer experiences
  • Prior experience in a relevant Product Operations or Management position and several years experience working in a people and customer-focused role such as in Project Management, IT, Account Management, or Customer Service
  • Understanding of how to lead from example and bring out the best in your team
  • Experience running projects across a varied set of stakeholders including business and technology and able to calmly and confidently communicate with all levels of the organization
  • Prior experience in a hyper-growth startup environment
  • A strong strategic approach combined with a flexible mindset, a bias for action, and a willingness to move things forward
