Your Responsibilities:
- Aligned to the Brand and Marketing calendar and priorities, lead the national content planning and creation for the BeNeLux market
- Deliver on brand and marketing messages through compelling content and storytelling
- Ensure all projects are on time, within budget and on brief - ensure delivery lands 110% with our community
- Think strategically and creatively on how best to utilise our social media channels and those of our brand partners
- Analyse relevant metrics to measure the impact of social media activities and amend strategies based on learnings and patterns
- Input to campaign recaps and post-mortems. Identify and share key learnings, analytics, delivery against KPIs and share these best practices across all markets
- Maintain an in-depth knowledge on social media trends, industry best practices and social media platform developments and opportunities .
- Be the voice of Gorillas in BeNeLux and represent the brand in contact with new and existing customers online (and offline) to build strong relationships with relevant communities
- Define and build an engaged local community via influencer marketing
Requirements
Your Profile:
- Successfully completed a degree in Marketing, Communications or a related field
- 3+ years of proven track record working in digital and social media management, community management and copywriting
- Creative and dynamic - you are comfortable working in fast paced environments
- Ability to manage the implementation of a strategic campaign within the social media space
- In depth understanding of the digital landscape, cultural trends (eg. in music, food, art, fashion) and all social media channels
- Previous exposure to marketing campaign development and execution
- Proven ability to analyse, interpret and translate data in a clear strategy
- Highly organised and able to prioritize effectively
- Intermediate knowledge of Adobe Suite (eg. Photoshop, In-Design, Illustrator etc.)
- Fluent written and verbal Dutch, French, Flemish and English language skills
