We are looking for a driven Head of Sourcing to set up and lead our sourcing function. You will build Gorillas sourcing strategy and play a crucial role in building a sourcing team that will help Gorillas scale to become the global leader in on-demand retail
This role reports to the VP of Talent Acquisition.
Your Opportunity
- Draft and implement Global Sourcing Strategies to ensure Gorillas attracts and sources passive high-quality candidates.
- Partner with the broader Recruitment Leadership team to ensure seamless and efficient Recruitment processes that deliver on the high-quality hiring targets.
- Build and develop a team of top-performing Sourcers to ensure we built an innovative and state-of-the-art Sourcing Function from scratch.
- Be a trusted business partner to Gorillas leadership team.
- Drive insights on the talent market in Europe, to drive location strategy decisions.
- Ensure we implement new tooling to ensure we can source and generate insights to increase efficiency to source and attract the best talent.
- Drive various Sourcing and Employer Branding initiatives to ensure Gorillas attracts the right talent.
Requirements
You will bring:
- You will bring extensive Sourcing Leadership experience in a hypergrowth organization.
- You have managed Sourcing teams across various locations.
- You have experience in building and generating global sourcing strategies for different talent functions.
- Experience in driving various high-end Sourcing Programs across the organization.
- You bring experience in building talent data insights to ensure data-driven decision making.
- The ability to adapt and excel when business plans change.
- Ability to influence key stakeholders and capable of building proactive and meaningful relationships throughout our organisation.
- Experience in a fast-paced environment with limited structure and resources, preferably in the Technology industry
