As Team Lead Recruitment (Sourcing), you will lead a functional Recruitment Sourcing team within Gorillas (around 5-7 people). As a Team Lead, you will work closely with your team to manage the recruitment sourcing delivery, ensuring knowledge of markets and locations, championing the best candidate experience while delivering on company objectives.
This role reports to the Head of Recruitment.
Your opportunity
- Support and drive the Recruitment Sourcing Strategy for your functional team: ensure your team meets the key deliverables and hiring standards.
- Partner with the leadership team to forecast future hiring needs.
- You lead by example and inspire your team to be the best sourcer they can be.
- Your guide and support your team members in every step of the recruitment process and ensure they follow the agreed process.
- You use data insights to make better hiring decisions.
- You support various innovative recruitment initiatives (employer branding, candidate experience, interview training etc).
- You build relationships across the broader Recruitment team and the wider organization.
- Act as an ambassador for Gorillas and your team
Requirements
You bring:
- Experience leading a high functioning team of sourcers.
- Experience in managing a recruitment team on KPI’s and performance.
- You role model best in class sourcing practices.
- You have experience in guiding sourcing/recruitment teams on scalable recruitment processes, healthy funnel conversions, great candidate experience and meeting hiring targets
- You have experience with various recruitment tools and can generate data insights through these tools.
- A data-driven approach and analytical mind-set
- The ability to adapt and excel when business plans change.
- Experience in influencing various stakeholders effectively
- Experience in a fast-paced environment with limited structure and resources, preferably in the Technology industry.
