We are looking for a Venture Development Associate to support our rapidly growing Dutch operations. Together with our Venture Development Manager, you will work on cross-functional projects in order to support our hyper growth (e.g. Demand Forecasting, Last Mile delivery, Logistics). You will work and collaborate on various strategic projects. You will be mobilising the right people, performing data driven analysis, communicating insights and next steps to top management and ensuring results delivery. To succeed in your role, you will closely collaborate with the global expansion and local operations teams. Ultimately, you will be on the front line of hyper growth expansion.

Responsibilities

• Work on and coordinate high priority projects to support the rapidly growing network of Zapp’s darks stores in the Netherlands
• Research new market opportunities and act as a consultant to the management
• Work closely with cross functional teams to deliver on execution at the highest level and maximise potential
• Explore opportunities and add value to our business
• Execute on operations strategies to grow our business

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years experience in a similar role, ideally in a hyper growth startup or top-tier consultancy firms

• Entrepreneurial mindset, comfortable in a highly demanding environment and able to independently take responsibility from day one with the ability to work with little direction

• Outstanding organisational skills and ability to quickly adapt to a constantly changing environment
• Excellent analytical and decision-making abilities
• Great communication, relationship building and collaboration skills
• High proficiency in both written and spoken English
• Bachelor’s or Master's degree from a top tier university
