Join DPDK as a support manager where you will assist with some of the most exceptional digital experiences created to date. You will get the unique opportunity to collaborate with a visionary interdisciplinary team of developers, digital producers, designers, and managers.

Our ideal support manager is a communications chameleon, able to recognize and adapt to different communication styles leading to successful resolutions and pleased clients. You act as the bridge between the client and the team, making sure that the team understands what the client wants and that the needs of the client are satisfied to the fullest.

Your daily To-Do list:

  • Be the day-to-day contact for clients, your team members and other internal and external stakeholders
  • Expect the unexpected - deal with urgent bugs, sustainable changes, and website management as soon as they appear
  • Keep track of open requests (backlog), handle new requests, and be able to prioritise using the toolstack in place
  • Provide custom-made support solutions to customers based on their needs and within the budget
  • Give rapid responses via tickets, email, and Slack while keeping a cool head in stressful situations
  • Be able to define whether a request is in or out of the scope of the original quote and if it is part of a maintenance contract or SLA
  • Develop new services for clients, focusing on providing high-level and pro-active support towards their application
  • Anticipate client’s needs and be proactive in offering solutions to them
  • Regularly report status and progress to clients in order to increase customer satisfaction
  • Collaborate with the account managers to specify and scope the project’s SLAs and maintenance, based on prior experience
  • Use your expertise to forecast the impact of a project’s SLA in the future
  • Stimulate your team with proactive communication and encourage asking questions, leading to improvement and innovation within your field and towards your team
  • Have a great handle on financial matters and budget management

Requirements

  • You have a keen eye for detail and are able to spot potential risks in projects from a mile away
  • Your communication skills are unparalleled and you can easily switch styles depending on your conversation partner
  • A team player, you are adaptable to all personalities and last-minute plan changes but can work just as well on your own
  • You are able to boil down complex terms to a layperson, and subsequently, translate their needs into actionable ideas for the team
  • Problem-solving is your second nature and you are not afraid to tackle uncertain situations, as well as ask for help when you need it
  • You have a strong personality and a commanding presence that inspires and motivates others with your proactive, getting things done attitude
  • Your organizational skills are out of this world giving you a strong grasp of managing resources
  • Multitasking is in your veins and jumping between multiple requests comes easy to you
  • You are passionate about digital craft, production and technology
  • Ideally, you are proficient in digital tools like Jira, WordPress or other CMS
  • You are tech-savvy and get the gist of software development, coding experience is a plus
  • You have experience in a similar role for a minimum of 2 years, preferably at a digital agency
  • You hold a University or Higher Vocal Education (HBO) degree
  • You are fluent in English and Dutch, both verbally and in writing
