A new development within Vivino is the Vivino Retail Program (VRP). In this program, we make our ratings available to the largest group of global wine drinkers, which are buying their wines at supermarkets across the globe. Helping this group to -Buy the Right Wine- by highlighting the top-rated wines with Vivino ratings on the supermarket shelf is our goal.
The Retail Account Support is responsible for the project administration of the VRP and will coordinate the onboarding, execution, and upkeeping of existing and new VRP clients (global supermarket chains and the wine producers supplying them).
In this full-time position, you will be based in Haarlem (The Netherlands) in co-working space ‘Zaamen’ (if needed, you can work remotely 2-3 days a week). You will be reporting to the Global Retail Program Manager.
Responsibilities
- Manage the project administration of the VRP, which is in its implementation phase at the moment and needs structured project administration to keep a clear and structured overview
- Responsibilities include maintaining contact with the global VRP clients (leading global retailers (like supermarkets) and large global operating wine producers) and getting the needed information to coordinate onboarding, execution, and upkeeping of existing and new VRP accounts
- Collaborate with BI and Product team to produce and deliver the required information (Data Pack) to the VRP clients periodically
- Identify and report problems that arise and solve them
- Support the finance team with collection efforts
- Cooperate with the Global Retail Program Manager to manage and grow existing accounts and follow up new leads
Qualifications and skills
We hope to see that you have relevant experience in managing projects and that you can multitask and oversee complex structures both internally and externally - and you always pay attention to details. You have a commercial mindset and really love everything about data. Further, you are self-driven and highly motivated and can work efficiently and handle multiple time-sensitive cases.
Adding to this, we envision that you have and can demonstrate:
- 3-5 years of account management experience
- Experience with project administration
- Data education, background or interest and excited for everything that's data-driven
- Fast learner when it comes to learning about all kinds of data-driven applications
- Strong skills in English, other languages are a plus
- Strong relationship building skills
- Experience or understanding of e-commerce
- Experience working towards goals and consistently trying to exceed them
- Ability to work effectively with teams spanning various countries and time zones
