Position Overview
As our Senior Product Director, you will be responsible for steering the organization in research for new fintech products, product enhancements and product redesign. You will continuously evaluate the potential and practicality of products in development and rely on your extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. As our Senior Product Director, you will provide direction to your team to oversee our product's lifecycle and ensures that development teams have all the tools they require. You will be involved in defining the product's requirements, creating a vision, and align the product with the business' overall strategy.
Requirements
- Define and develop the product roadmap, and drive the go-to-market strategy for our fintech products
- Managing compliance of our fintech products
- Owning PnL related to our fintech products
- Work closely with the executive leadership team to align the product roadmap with the business strategy
- Collaborate with stakeholders (internal and external) to identify market needs, trends, and opportunities
- Set the strategy and vision for crossfunctional teams in cooperation with Design Manager and your peers
- Lead the team (career development, mentoring, catch-ups, etc.)
- Be accountable for the outcome and impact of the team to the company and its products
Required Skills:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field is an advantage
- Certification within Scrum Product Management is preferred
- 5+ years of proven success with payments and or fintech products at a senior level
- Deep understanding of payments industry, especially card processing
- Ability to create financial models to support your and your teams’ decisions
- Ability to think beyond current practices and drive change to support new ideas, improvements and working practices
- Extensive experience in Product Leadership roles delivering B2B/B2C SaaS products is essential
- Be well-versed with the latest tech and market trends to create successful product strategies
