As a Senior BI Analyst, you will assist the business in finding new opportunities and implementing an effective strategy based on data insights. In this role, you’ll be responsible to deliver data tooling, analysis, and reporting dashboards to support a wide range of decisions - from business to operational.

Your mission:

• You will help shape the BI team organization, in one of the fastest-growing start-ups in Europe.
• Rapidly construct, and iterate on dashboards and other visualization tools
• Engage with senior leadership and key stakeholders to communicate your contributions (in written, verbal and presentation form)
• Support our Data Engineers in developing our data warehouse infrastructure
• Creatively analyze data to generate insights that support business decisions and identify new opportunities

Requirements

What you need to be successful

• You have 2+ years of experience as a Data or BI Analyst in fast-paced and dynamic environments
• You have at least a Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative subject with a proven track record in data - e.g. computer science, physics, mathematics, engineering
• Proven track to transform large amounts of complex data into insights by leading the end-to-end creation of intuitive data products
• Expert in querying and manipulating data sets using SQL and Python and visualization tools like Tableau, Looker (or similar tools)
• Comfort with ambiguity and translating abstract business questions into actionable insights and high impact data products
• You are a self-starter who thrives under a high level of autonomy
• You are a team player and focus on bringing the best out of your team
• Experience with big data tools (e.g. BigQuery)
• Excellent English communication skills

Nice to have:

• Previous team leadership experience
• You will be working closely within either Marketing, Rider Operations (Logistics), or Finance, experience in either of these business domains will be a huge benefit
