Jellysmack is looking for a Sales Country Manager within the Partnership/Sales Team of the Creator Program. Your mission will be to build a sales team from scratch in one country (or cluster of countries), with partnership managers, coordinators, and success managers. Your role will focus on building and managing the teams to make sure they drive strong business results. You’ll also need to coach and mentor these teams in order to drive revenue growth.
This role is central to our growth and will strongly contribute to Jellysmack’s international development.

Your daily missions will include:
- Build a sales team and success team from scratch in order to scale at speed
- Develop the Creator program in the country with ambitious target setting and rigorous KPI tracking
- Manage Partnership and Success teams in the country
- Track overall pipeline, making sure that we identify the most relevant influencers for the Creator Program
- Oversee relationship with high profile partners and developing Jellysmacks client portfolio
- Monitor country performance using tools created by Jellysmack and 3rd party resources
- Ensure smooth and long term relationship with our creators in the country - notably up-sell opportunities and content suggestions
- Keep track of trending topics on Social Media and using your relational skills to generate new business opportunities in the country
Profile
- Master’s degree
- 2 year experience in sales
- 4 year experience in Business development/Country management/Project management
- Excellent management skills - experience in managing teams (gt;3)
- Ability to take initiatives and able to generate new ideas to develop business
- Ability to handle different types of topics (coordination, negotiation, account management,)
- Significant experience generating brand new business sales opportunities
- Passion for social media, especially for YouTube content creators
- Excellent English speaking and writing skills (in addition to local language!)
- Good interpersonal skills, comfortable and confident in creating social links with the various influencers/stakeholders in the entertainment industry
