The Applications manager is responsible for implementation, maintenance and improvement of all business IT systems that support HITEC globally and engineering PLM (ARAS Innovator), finance and supply chain ERP (ISAH) processes specifically, in order to achieve optimal operational efficiency and quality. The Application Manager works closely with engineering, finance and supply chain departments.
Requirements:
- In-depth knowledge of business IT systems (knowledge of ISAH, ARAS and Salesforce..
- Advise the management and key-users with regard to the functionality and possible improvements of business IT systems.
- Proactively monitor and analyze the functioning of the IT applications and coordinate the development and implementation of solutions for urgent issues.
- Develop and maintain procedures, instructions and training material and you train the users how to operate the business IT systems.
- Pro-actively discuss possible improvements and requirements with users and propose the functional requirements.
- Work closely together with key-users within the company.
- Operate as project manager to guide key-users and external suppliers in implementation projects and inform management regarding progress.
- Work closely together with 3rd parties to develop and implement system customizations and interfaces.
Requirements
- Bachelor or Master degree in IT or relevant technical training
- You have at least 3 years of professional working experience in IT application management and relevant knowledge of engineering and supply chain management processes.
- Fluent in English.
