Our Amsterdam office is looking for an Integrated Producer to be the part of the producers team looking after the dedicated business on one of our pharmaceuticals clients that runs through the EU office. This role is for a truly integrated, client facing producer.
Sorry folks! This is not a position suited for films or TV writers or producers. Must have strong content amp; web development experience as a producer!
The Lowdown
- As a Producer you’ll join the growing team of Monks at our Amsterdam office, you specialize in stewarding projects from initial client briefing through launch.
- You kick-start new projects by reaching out to the right people responding to client briefs and RFPs and co-creating pitches, treatments and proposals.
- You guide the client through the complicated process of production across all disciplines (Platform, Digital content, Broadcast and Events)
- You shape new projects into a joint success by leading the production on our behalf: you’re the pace- and peacemaker, principally responsible for projects’ timely and expectations-exceeding delivery.
- Your role is to bring all of our in-house talent together and ensure great work is done.
- You’re responsible for scoping and quoting projects as well as timing and planning production work.
- You establish what gets done and when (U lt;3 SOWs), making sure projects are profitable and doable, with realistic targets and deadlines.
- Meeting against monthly and annual targets, you help to grow business accounts into a long-term success for all parties.
- Genuine passion for creative and innovation pushing the boundaries and providing solutions that get results.
Requirements
- For this client-facing role, we’re looking to hire someone with 4+ years of truly integrated experience. Across Platforms, Film, Content, Digital, Social and Influencer campaigns and whatever else comes your way leading projects from proposal to an actual end product.
- Experience in Pharma clients is a big plus.
- High-end client management skills, you have navigated complicated matrix organisations from a client manager POV.
- You have hands-on experience with producing high end work and an intimate understanding of what is needed to bring a kernel of an idea to life.
- You’re a ‘closer’, experienced in engaging new projects, managing business relationships, and developing partnerships.
- You are an expert negotiator with production costs and you know what can be done, and done well, from 25K to 1M EUR.
- You can handle high-stakes accounts and are confident proposing next steps from a strategic, technical perspective.
- You have a keen understanding of the business objectives of global brands and are able to quickly fathom a project’s challenges and what needs to be achieved.
- You don’t think in projects but in partnerships, developing client relationships and work-streams miles(tones) ahead.
