Our Amsterdam office is looking for a Senior Integrated Producer to be the part of the producers team looking after multiple work streams that runs through the EU office. This role is for a truly integrated, client facing producer with strong experience on website and platform development projects.
This is not a video producer role.
The Lowdown
- As a Producer, you specialize in stewarding projects from initial client briefing through launch.
- You speak fluent Platform understanding the ins and outs of producing a simple landing page to a complicated, multifaceted platform.
- You are very familiar with Content and Digital asset production.
- You kick-start new projects responding to client briefs and RFPs and co-creating pitches, treatments and proposals.
- You guide the client through the complicated process of production.
- Your role is to bring all of our in-house talent together and ensure great work is done.
- You’re responsible for scoping and quoting projects as well as timing and planning production work.
- You establish what gets done and when (U lt;3 SOWs), making sure projects are profitable and doable, with realistic targets and deadlines.
- Meeting against monthly and annual targets, you help to grow business accounts into a long-term success for all parties.
- Genuine passion for creative and innovation pushing the boundaries and providing solutions that get results.
Requirements
- For this client-facing role, we’re looking to hire someone with 6+ years of detailed experience with Platform development and production. Additional disciplines are also necessary (Films/ Content etc)
- High-end client management skills, you have navigated complicated matrix organisations from a client manager POV.
- You have hands-on experience with producing high end work.
- You can handle high-stakes accounts and are confident proposing next steps from a strategic, technical perspective.
- You have a keen understanding of the business objectives of global brands and are able to quickly fathom a project’s challenges and what needs to be achieved.
- You don’t think in projects but in partnerships, developing client relationships and work-streams miles(tones) ahead.
