You will join our Benelux team of enthusiastic colleagues in Oosterhout (Breda region). And you will work just as closely with our colleagues in the Belgian team, located in Berchem.

Duties include, but are not limited to:
Develop the strategy, build audience and analyze results related to all social media (mainly Facebook amp; Instagram) in order to generate increased digital reach and engagement for our company and our clients / brands.
Work closely to Campaign Operations and Client Success Managers, understanding campaigns needs and exchanging expertise from a Community perspective.
Plan, schedule, and launch actions to activate our community in creating online content.
Interact with our brand ambassadors by e-mail, on our company blog and on social media.
Act as an enabler to our community: answering campaign related questions, writing instructions, support reports are completed in timely manner. In this regards you often work with colleagues that you coach and support to deliver top-notch quality for our clients
Write, compile and post campaign related content on the blog and social media channels.
Requirements
You understand that your language acts as an enabler for interaction, your Dutch spoken and written is of mother tongue quality. On top of that you speak fluent English, and French on an acceptable level in word and writing (mandatory!).
Good knowledge of MS Office.
High service oriented mindset, constant eye on delighting the user experience of the brands/products.
Self-starter with good organization skills, reliable and able to work independently, able to handle crisis situation in a polite and service minded way.
You are a social media enthusiast and have an understanding of online communities.
Experience with Facebook Ad Manager, Google analytics and community management software type Zendesk.
Eagerness to support and coach peers and create/contribute to a knowledge sharing platform to grow and leverage our Insiders.
