Sympower is an international cleantech scale-up with offices in 5 different countries. We believe that climate change is the biggest challenge of our generation and, with our software solution, we accelerate the transition to a clean and sustainable energy system. Sympower is growing fast and has recently been recognised as one of the eleven scale-ups selected for the Techleap Rise programme, featuring tech scale-ups that are contributing to flatten the climate curve.

We are looking for an enthusiastic Recruitment Expert (permanent/ full time) to join our growing People team!


What you’ll do:

You will be our recruitment amp; employer branding champion helping our teams scale and grow in multiple countries by running the day-to-day recruitment operations and setting up an effective talent acquisition strategy.

Your responsibilities will cover the following areas:

  • Recruitment operations: job posting, application screening, screening calls with qualified candidates, arranging interviews with hiring teams
  • Candidate journey: ensuring candidates have a positive experience from application to offer (or final rejection), provide timely feedback, be the main point of contact for candidates amp; hiring teams
  • Employer branding: responsible for how we present and promote our employer brand to each targeted market (from how we write our job posts to where we choose to post them, our sourcing strategy, email templates, career events etc.)
  • Talent acquisition strategy: play an active role in building an effective talent acquisition strategy to support fast growth for Sympower while maintaining the company culture intact

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in both an agency and in-house role (required!)
  • Experience in a fast-growing start-up (very useful to have)
  • Amazing interpersonal/ communication skills in English (other EU languages are a plus)
  • Passionate about recruitment and about providing an awesome candidate experience
  • Skilled at building and optimizing a talent acquisition strategy
  • Structured approach to work and ambition for personal growth
  • Enthusiastic with lots of positive energy
  • Able to work independently and to take ownership of tasks
  • Motivated by challenges such as fast scaling in multiple markets
  • Related to our company mission
  • Available to start ASAP (big plus!)
