Your team: Rider Operations - we recruit, organise and engage our Rider crew

Your objective: support the team to process high volume hiring

Your missions:

• Manage Riders’ applications and on-site assessments
• Meet the deadlines to hire riders, meeting the quality and legal requirements
• Support Rider HR team with specific cases
• Proactively suggest changes to improve our processes
• Understand and improve weekly riders supply team KPIs

Requirements
