Job Description

Ebury, one of the fastest growing Fintech companies in the sector are looking to hire a Business Analyst to be based in our Amsterdam Office.
This position is part of the Sales Acceleration team and provides support to the Head of Sales Acceleration and the Managing Director Benelux in both strategic and commercial decision making.It requires an interesting blend of skills - analytical ability, commercial insight, stakeholder management and experience working with a sales team.
The Job:
Overseeing KPIs and funnel management for the Benelux team. Supporting the front office team in the sales process and providing data-driven insight and analysis, which may be time-sensitive.Developing tools for the front office to better understand client behaviour.Automating and expanding the toolset made available to the front office team.
Skills required:
Able to present data insights in a clear, structured and audience-appropriate way.Proficiency in spreadsheet applications (including experience of multiple formulae, pivot tables, creative data transformations).Experience with BI and CRM platforms such as Salesforce, Tableau, Google Data Studio.
About you
  • Strong analytical skills coupled with a creative streak.
  • Ability to tailor messages for different audiences - from management to junior sales people.
  • 1-2 years experience in finance, consulting or similar with a basic understanding of financial markets and products.
  • Natural sciences, engineering or economics degree background preferred.
  • Strong tolerance for failure, and a test-and-learn mentality.
  • Entrepreneurial, imaginative and innovative in finding solutions.
  • Fluent in Dutch and English.
