As you can imagine being a customer service representative at Huboo is key so Are you hard-working? Devoted? Organised? A bit of a Sherlock Holmes? If you tick all these boxes, you might be the one we are looking for

What are you going to do?:

This is no ordinary online retail role dealing with customers! We are looking for a driven individual to take on the task of supporting our clients and making their businesses the best they can be.

Key responsibilities of a customer service representative include:

  • Building strong client relationships and taking ownership of specific clients.
  • Always provide an excellent client service.
  • Booking new products in and making sure your client’s merchandise and business is running smoothly.
  • Showing excellent attention to detail always to ensure your clients orders are correct.
  • Processing all customers orders and making sure they are packed and sent out on time and in line with the client’s brand guidelines.
  • Working with autonomy and accountability ensuring you make the right decisions for clients and communicate this positively.

Requirements

What are we expecting from you?

Due to the nature of the role of a customer service representative, it is essential that you can think on your own, are organised, and willing to take on some responsibility.

We would also like to hear from you if you meet the following criteria FOR A Customer Service Representative:

  • You should be able to speak and write in English.
  • You don’t forcibly need customer service experience, but it would be a plus!
  • Commitment to always work hard and give 100%.
  • Able to work on your own and as a part of a friendly team
  • A curious thinker, problem solver with a creative edge!
  • The ability to build strong relationships, listen and understand your colleagues and clients
  • You will need to be forward thinking; we do not want someone who will settle for the status quo, new ideas are certainly encouraged!

About us:

Huboo is an Ecommerce fulfilment company, maybe you don’t know what this means or maybe you know and you think is not an exciting business, in the first case don’t worry, we’ll explain you everything you need to know, in the second case you could not be more wrong!

Founded in 2017, Huboo was created by e-commerce sellers for e-commerce sellers. Martin Bysh (CEO) and Paul Dodd (CTO) found that the demands and struggles that came with picking, packing, and shipping their products was becoming impossible. They considered outsourcing their fulfilment but could not find a company that allowed them to remain in the driving seat of their growing business.

Paul and Martin soon created Huboo’s unique Hub Model.
