With our ten minute grocery deliveries we are disrupting the supermarket space, one of the biggest markets still in the hands of traditional players. Your team:
Our expansion team is fast, efficient and very hands-on. Within this our Real Estate Expansion teams cover a variety of topics from real estate acquisition to engaging local partnerships and managing existing real estate. Our expansion team enables speed and efficiency allowing the Gorillas mission to spread across the globe.
Your missions:
Researching the market in order to generate real estate leads
- Your tasks will involve gathering, outreach and viewing of potential warehouse locations as well as other real estate opportunities
- Supporting the real estate team in analyzing future locations
- Working within our expansion team to support the decision making process
- You will help to define the ideal warehouse and optimize our playbook
- You will interact with potential landlords and real estate agents
- You will communicate with different external stakeholders and across many different internal departments e.g. launch team, growth team, founders
- Supporting the team with contractual and other administrative duties
Requirements
We want you in the team if.
- You have graduated from a top university in Business, Economics, Management, Accounting, Marketing or another related field
- You ideally have some experience in a fast-paced environment (consulting, startup, VC, etc.)
- You see yourself as an entrepreneur and you are eager to take the next steps
- Analytical, with a data driven mindset
- You are willing to make Gorillas your mission and are ready to put a lot of hard work into making this business a success
- You have a hands-on mentality and are willing to get your hands dirty
- You have very good communication skills and ideally are proficient in both written and spoken Dutch
- Can work for a minimum of 3 months (internship can last 3-6 months)
