Our Hilversum team is looking for an integrated producer for our Experiential amp; Virtual Events Capability team. The projects span across Experiential, Web, Content, Broadcast and Events, with a close eye on driving innovation by integrating all disciplines. Our sweet spot sits at the intersection of Physical, Virtual, and Live and we’re always looking for ways to blend them together.
This role will be a part of the dedicated team on a massive multi touchpoint experience, with a whole host of interactive installations, immersive environments, and engaging exhibits. They will help to produce XR, AR, projection mapping, scenography, film and 3D animation pieces; integrating tech, media and architecture for a permanent space. A strong knowledge of architecture, design, and permanent installations is a plus.
You will be a part of our award-winning team in the Netherlands, working closely together with creative, designers, animators, coders, and makers.
The Lowdown
- You'll lead the way across uncharted paths of production for innovative projects that engage with new and novel uses of technology.
- You are as comfortable in media and in materials
- You have strong technical knowledge of digital production and content creation including interactive software, touch screen interfaces, Mixed Reality, 2D amp; 3D animation pipelines, film, animation and post.
- You have worked on long term permanent installations.
- As the nexus between idea and execution, you work in close collaboration with clients and coworkers from around the world, keeping a close eye on creative excellence amp; quality.
- Your job is to lead a team of diverse in-house talent and bring them together to make sure great work is done across EMEA and our production strongholds around the world.
- You’re responsible for scoping and quoting projects as well as timing and planning production work establishing what gets done and when to make sure projects are profitable and doable, with realistic targets and deadlines. You lt;3 SOWs!
- You’re also a great communicator and don’t shy away from running as main client POC on BIG projects.
- You are a self-starter, a leader, ready to jump headfirst into projects, pulling the team together to create pure digital awesomeness.

Requirements
- For this position, we’re looking for a proficient experiential producer with at least 4-6 years of high-level experience in design, installation, exhibits, and content, with a strong emphasis on future forward technology.
- You have experience leading productions that bring together physical and digital elements in a permanent space.
- Experience managing, mentoring, and guiding project managers and junior producers under your wing is required.
- You don’t think in projects but in partnerships, developing client relationships and work-streams miles(tones) ahead.
- You have a keen understanding of what is needed to make multi-faceted projects come about and possess sufficient technical knowledge to foresee and address production issues.
- Handling the production of multiple projects across clients and teams is no easy task and requires solid planning and communication skills.
- While your inbox is your natural habitat, you excel at interfacing with human beings in real-time: you know how to motivate people to get things done, wherever they are in the world.
- In other words, you overcome, oversee and conquer, and instead of freaking out, you are freakin’ good at dealing with difficult deadlines and deliveries.
