Job Description

ClassTrucks - part of Girteka Logistics group, the company with the largest trucks fleet in Europe. We sell young-used trucks and semi-trailers from Girteka Logistics fleet to all regions in the world. ClassTrucks was founded in 2010 when Girteka Logistics started to grow beyond 1,000 trucks and the need to buy and sell more trucks and trailers every year increased. ClassTrucks offers a large selection of quality used trucks and trailers. We are looking for a Sales Unit Manager for our Netherlands subsidiary to build and drive with a passion our strong sales team and support in establishing a strong business in Netherlands and Western Europe market. Description:

  • Building a strong Sales Business Unit to cover Nerthelands and Western Europe market, leading the Sales yard and the Sales team
  • Managing, developing and inspiring the team to implement the sales and strategy plans
  • Organizing teamwork, assisting employees in solving daily work issues
  • Overseeing all organizational and administrational activities within a team
  • Ensuring effective communication with other areas of the business
  • Screening potential business deals by analyzing market strategies, deal requirements, potential, and financials; evaluating options; resolving internal priorities
  • Develop trust relationships with a portfolio of major clients of organization
  • Ensure profitable vehicle sales and high quality customer service in Netherlands
  • Create and implement long-term strategy for Key Account development, prepare sales and action plans to achieve them

Requirements:

  • Experience in team management
  • At least 3 years of active sales experience in heavy or automotive industry
  • Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to execution
  • Excellent leadership, sales, negotiation, team management, and problem-solving skills
  • Strategic and analytical thinking
  • Action-oriented and results-driven
  • Knowledge of the technical features of the truck would be an advantage
  • Fluency in English and Dutch
