Duties include, but are not limited to:

  • Onboarding: Take on customer lead from Sales Development, and understand the customer needs and key drivers for success. Guide customer on expectations, education, reporting and timeline in our services. Manage and coordinate internally into a smooth setup with all stakeholders to preset quality conditions for great results.
  • Outcome Health: Maintain a cadence of communicating with customers about their projects. Monitor project leading indicators to steer internal and external stakeholders to guarantee excellent customer satisfaction that ultimately translates into customer retention and advocacy.
  • Customer Advocacy: collaborate closely with Sales to support renewals and expansion opportunities.
  • Referral Management: You actively engage in the sales and marketing process by identifying and creating testimonials, referrals, leads, opportunities and marketing content.
  • Client Success Enablement: You represent the voice of the customer to feed continuous improvements in our customer playbooks, services and product roadmap.
  • Project management: you manage multiple campaigns at the same time

  • Building and maintain relationships, while working to drive engagement, retention and advocacy.
  • Communicate clearly and proactively: set trust from day one by communicating clearly, regularly, proactively with all stakeholders levels, from junior to senior and both external and internal.
  • Strong analytical and system skills: Ability to translate output into ROI impact, and data into insights. Strong excel and powerpoint experience, familiar with social media tools and tactics, while being comfortable in project management and CRM systems. Experience with BI systems and Adobe InDesign or Illustrator preferred, but not required.
  • Self-starter with good organization skills, reliable and able to work independently, able to handle crisis situation in a polite and service minded way.
  • You are a social media enthusiast and have an understanding of online communities.
