For our Customer Operations team, we are looking for a new colleague.

As a Customer Operations specialist you are the first point of contact for our existing Customers, Merchants and Partners to assist them in with all operational aspects such as merchant activation, bookkeeping, general questions about payment methods and other products and services that we offer. You will work closely with other departments to give the merchant the best solution for possible challenges they may have.

Besides that, we constantly work on improving our products, services and systems and expect you to critically think along with our processes to see how we can become even more efficient!

We are looking for an enthusiastic Customer Operations specialist who:

  • Can easily manage multiple tasks at the same time.
  • Works constructively: thinks critically about how we can improve our processes,
    systems and products
  • Enjoys being in contact with customers, merchants and partners
  • Has affinity with IT
  • Has no problems with abstract concepts and problem solving

Requirements

What you bring?

  • Understanding of tech and development
    Has a background in customer/merchant services and customer contact
  • Has professional and intellectual capacities at academic or higher professional education level
  • Dutch is your native language
  • You speak and write in English perfectly. An extra language is a major plus
