Job Description
Our business is growing rapidly and therefore we are looking for a Learning specialist who can help set-up our own WTC traineeship program!
Your role:
Are you enthusiastic about co-creating and driving a quality traineeship program? Can you create a curriculum that meets our business and personal development needs? Do you have excellent communication and executive skills to realize and start the first MVP pilot as soon as possible? Then you might be the right person we are searching for at Wunderman Thompson Commerce!
As Learning specialist you are responsible for:
- Require input from all our WTC craft /practice/chapter leads:
- What skills are required (profiling);
- What content/training is there;
- What content/training/new roles is a need for.
- Advice and work out which training and content is needed for the personal development of the trainees (soft skills, way of working, certifications);
- Collaborate with other companies within WPP/WT to see what all we can use / want to adapt and adjust and to set up exchange options with other trainee programs;
- Develop guidelines for the trainings that need to be developed / tailored to our WTC needs;
- Develop guidelines for the assessments we can take at start and end of trial period (quality level we want to reach);
- Help define Achievement KPI’s and how we can monitor them and reflect on them;
- Help to define, assemble and guide the team we need that will make the traineeship a success.

As a person you are a self-starter with a can-do mentality. With your proactive, flexible and open-minded attitude you can work very efficiently and you are a true communicator. You have the ability to stay focused on what matters most in a fast-paced environment where priorities are constantly changing. You feel just as comfortable discussing with the companies MT as you are when you are working with the trainers and trainees.
Our checklist: what you really should have:
- Minimal 2 years of experience as a Learning amp; Development specialist;
- You have experience in developing a training program;
- Great communication skills;
- Experience with the Agile way of working;
- You have minimal a Bachelor or master’s degree;
- You live in the Netherlands;
- This vacancy is not open to Blue Card holders or other work permit holders.
