We are looking for a People Operations Associate to support all functions of our People amp; Organisation department and provide support to our employees. The People Operations Associate responsibilities include putting together offer letters and employee contracts, implementing new company policies and maintaining internal HR systems. You will support all relevant processes of employees: from onboarding and reviews to offboarding. Ultimately, you and the Head of People Benelux will ensure our People and Org initiatives run smoothly, contribute to a healthy and happy work environment and are consistently improved and updated.


Responsibilities

  • Monitor internal HR systems and databases
  • Support the employee lifecycle end-to-end
  • Improve and implement company policies and HR processes
  • Track adherence to company rules e.g. ensure execution of reviews
  • Implement great cultural initiatives that delight our people and enforce Zapp’s leadership principles
  • Address employees’ queries (e.g. on compensation and labour regulations)

Requirements

  • Some experience in HR or people operations ( like an internship)
  • Knowledge of labour law and preparing contracts
  • Ability to develop clear and fair company policies
  • Bachelor’s Degree in HR or related studies
  • A passion for elevating the employee lifecycle experience
  • Excellent analytical and decision-making abilities
  • Excellent written and verbal skills
