We’re growing at 100x and we need riders and store teams to make the magic happen. Finding the right people takes skill and time (which is always tight). The Recruitment Operations Associate for our Dark Store in the Netherlands is crucial to our recruitment efforts. You will screen candidates according to our high standards, coordinate trial shifts to see if their walk matches their talk, and for the ones that pass muster, make sure they are onboarded as efficiently as possible so they are ready to start Zapping!
Responsibilities
- Screening candidate CVs and conducting phone interviews
- Working with the team to constantly improve our recruitment processes and tooling
- Identifying opportunities to improve candidate experience
- Assisting with onboarding process for successful candidate
Requirements
- 2+ years experience in high volume recruiting
- Extremely strong organisation, time management and multi-tasking skills
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Thrives under pressure
- Self motivated and able to work towards deadlines and targets
- Humble: Knows when to ask for help even though adept at working independently
- Proficient with Google App: Docs, Sheets, Slides
- Familiar with high volume recruiting tooling platforms e.g. Fountain
- Eligibility to work in the NL
- Fluent Dutch language skills
