JOB SUMMARY

We are looking for a driven Product Marketing Manager who will be responsible for driving product engagement and adoption strategy, competitive intelligence, product communication and positioning of our products. The successful candidate will also be charged with developing engaging product marketing programs that will reach the target audience for each product and inspire an increase in product adoption and engagement.

You must know our competitors like the back of your hand. You must also know our users better than they know themselves, including how they use our product. You must back up strategic insights with product analytics and then use that knowledge to drive communication strategies to drive user adoption and engagement as well as create product marketing materials for our sales and marketing teams to be successful.

You will collaborate with our marketing team to develop innovative marketing programs, with our product team to drive product adoption and engagement, and with our sales team to support engaging digital assets on our products. Attention to detail, strong writing skills and an eye for quality are critical to your success, along with an ability to grasp and present our product’s value proposition in a way that resonates with our target audience. You are obsessed with tracking performance and have the data to prove what’s working and what isn’t.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop comprehensive product marketing assets for sales and marketing teams, including messaging that resonates with our target buyer personas
  • Develop impactful communication strategies for our current users to drive adoption and engagement of our products
  • Develop product messaging that differentiates new products and services from others in the market
  • Maintain and manage competitive intelligence and comparisons by working with cross-functional stakeholders and executing self-lead research
  • Optimize the user feature adoption and usage through product marketing campaigns
  • Manage feature release notes strategy, execution and continuous improvement
  • Create engaging marketing campaigns to promote new features with our existing user base
  • Collaborate closely with our Revenue Enablement team to support the ongoing feature/product digital assets for our internal team members
  • Assess the effectiveness of the marketing programs that support your products on an ongoing basis, and make data-driven improvements
  • Understand and support our sales channels; coordinate with our enabling team for training needs for our sales team

REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or related field is a plus
  • 4+ years product marketing experience (preferably for a SaaS product B2B)
  • English language fluency is an essential requirement
  • Proven history of creating effective marketing programs
  • Experience with competitive analysis
  • Exceptional ROI and data tracking skills
  • Must have outstanding writing skills (experience creating marketing content is an advantage)
  • Strong interpersonal skills (experience collaborating with cross-functional teams is an advantage)

COMPETENCIES

  • Proficiency using CRM tools such as Hubspot is an advantage.
  • Graphic design skills (amp; experience with the Adobe creative suite) is an advantage
