We are looking for a strong COO and co-founder. To execute a transformative idea into a rapidly growing retail-tech startup, into a disruptive FMCG business. Having strong start-up know-how, being able to launch a company and manage its early stages of development. Connect in-depth knowledge of (FMCG) retail-technology with a transformative market vision, to disrupt the FMCG market in the years that follow the startup phase. Creating a FMCG model that’s good for people, planet amp; profit.

Requirements
Turn the grand vision into a strong implementation strategy, and execute this efficiently and impeccably.
- From vision to operational business (MVP) in the next 6 months.
- Build the foundation for exponential growth.
Execute innovative impact ideas into day-to-day business practice.
- Asses and rank feasibility.
- Proactively propose improvements.
Set up sound financial forecasts and deliver on it.
- Multiple scenario forecasting (in collaboration with CFO)
Onboard Partnerships.
- Lead due diligence process, both financially as impact promise.
- Negotiate mutually beneficial deals, focussing on long term vision.
Scout and prepare funding opportunities.
- Map European funding and grant landscape.
- Prepare funding deals.
Set up a data warehouse (with data scientist).
- Write weekly reports on KPI’s
Assemble A-class start-up team.
- Identify and rank importance of hires
- Set up and structure applicant sourcing and tracking system
- Build and nourish a culture of pride.
Execute on day to day tasks for which there is no staff yet.
