We now have a unique recruitment opportunity from our headquarters in Eindhoven. We are currently looking to attract a lot of new ''Superheroes'' to join our mission! This is where you come in. You will be responsible for various roles (including Sales, Engineering etc..).

Together with your colleagues in People amp; Culture you will be responsible for ensuring the team meets its' growth targets.
Your goals and responsibilities:
- This is a 360-degree role where you will run and own the full recruitment lifecycle globally (office locations include the Netherlands, Romania, US, UK, Mexico and Australia).
- Ensuring the pipelines are full and the recruitment process is effective and efficient, while meeting hiring targets.
- Deliver consistently positive candidate experience; you will need to be (become) a true Studyportals ambassador.
- Actively manage external talent pools and proactively recruit passive candidates.
- Develop state-of-the-art sourcing strategies, tactics, and leverage online recruiting resources as well as our in-house ATS (Workable) to both identify, engage, and recruit the very best future Studyportals Superheroes (as we tend to call our colleagues).
Requirements
- Minimum 4 years extensive international work experience as in-house recruiter.
- Highly developed research and passive recruiting skills, i.e.: prospect identification, cold calling, referral generation and competitive intelligence gathering
- Bachelor’s degree required, Master’s degree is a plus
- Studied or, lived abroad with strong cultural skills
- Entrepreneurial by spirit, driven to get things done, appreciate open feedback, dedicated, and serious about having fun
- Fluent in English
- Previous experience in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment
