As Lead of the Customer Operations team (8 FTE) you support MultiSafepay’s mission to be best-in-class in service delivery. You are responsible for delivering all aspects of Customer Service. You ensure that our operational activities and processes are aligned to meet current and future business needs. Your team is the first point of contact for our existing customers, merchants and partners to assist them in for example the activation process, bookkeeping, general questions about payment methods and other products and services that we offer.

Your leadership, influencing and relationship building skills are complemented by a hands-on approach to manage change and you have a natural talent for motivating and getting the best out of the team members working under your direction.

Requirements

We are looking for a dynamic, service focused Customer Operations Lead who:

  • Can organise resources to meet service levels and a seamless high-quality service
  • Has an inspiring leadership style, coaching, training and mentoring the team
  • Looks at ways to streamline processes to enhance efficiency
  • Makes data-driven decisions and is able to measure success and impact
  • Can easily manage multiple tasks at the same time
  • Has affinity with IT
  • Has strong analytical and and problem solving skills

  • Significant experience in a similar role within a dynamic, technology led business ideally within the payments sector
  • Experience in leading a customer facing team
  • Adaptable management style to get results and help individuals achieve their full potential
  • Understanding of tech and development
  • Professional and intellectual capacities at academic or higher professional education level
  • Dutch is your native language
  • You speak and write in English perfectly.
