As Lead of the Customer Operations team (8 FTE) you support MultiSafepay’s mission to be best-in-class in service delivery. You are responsible for delivering all aspects of Customer Service. You ensure that our operational activities and processes are aligned to meet current and future business needs. Your team is the first point of contact for our existing customers, merchants and partners to assist them in for example the activation process, bookkeeping, general questions about payment methods and other products and services that we offer.
Your leadership, influencing and relationship building skills are complemented by a hands-on approach to manage change and you have a natural talent for motivating and getting the best out of the team members working under your direction.
