About the role

We’re looking for an experienced Talent Brand amp; Marketing Senior Manager who will champion Mew’s culture with a focus relentlessly on creating amazing candidate and employee experiences whilst partnering cross-functionally to create and communicate our compelling employer brand presence. Additionally, you will help us optimize the way we represent ourselves to and engage talent across all of our hiring channels, especially public channels that drive traffic to our Careers page. You will partner across every facet of the Talent team in order to understand where our best hires are coming from and how our hiring channels operate today, and then create a strategy to get even more top talent to join the company. You will have a matrix reporting line to our Chief People Officer and Creative Director.

Your mission, should you choose to accept it:

  • Lead strategy and high-impact campaigns, programs and trainings across the entire talent lifecycle (attraction, onboarding, internal mobility, employee engagement amp; advocacy, alumni and employer branding)
  • Identify trends, insights, and stories on how brands and talent connect, and turn findings into relevant talent and employer brand strategies and briefs
  • Help design strategies to build and communicate our authentic employer brand to internal and external audiences
  • Drive and manage the delivery of creative and innovative programs with a culture and Damp;I focus
  • Partner with our People team and/or different external partners to develop and implement communication programs that will delight and engage our global, diverse Mewsers
  • Act as an employer branding subject matter expert by providing best practices, external benchmarks and innovative solutions to support Mew’s positioning on the global job market
  • Initiating and managing on and offline marketing events, campaigns and activities focused on communicating our employer brand and attracting the right professionals to our talent community.
  • Building long-term relationships with communities, professionals and influencers to help promote Mew’s employer brand in our industry.
  • Identifying and managing our employer branding presence on various job boards including Glassdoor, Indeed, LinkedIn, Comparably etc.
  • Create and build our Talent Brand strategy across all public channels, driving awareness of Mews as a potential employer in key segments.
  • Own and drive active candidate top of funnel, optimizing our speed and cost of talent acquisition by driving more high-quality candidates proactively to Coinbase.
  • Execute all aspects of Talent marketing, from employer branding and positioning to partners and vendors, social media and engagement campaigns, SEO, and external communications.
  • Work cross-functionally with Talent leadership, Talent events, product marketing, design, brand, communications, and others to launch new partnerships, campaigns, and content.
  • Measure and report against the performance of Talent Brand initiatives.

Requirements

You’ll be a great fit if you bring a few of the below with you:

  • 8+ years of Talent / Employer Brand or Product Marketing experience.
  • Experience with end-to-end ownership and optimization of high-volume candidate or customer channels and social media / campaign strategy, from creating awareness to driving action.
  • Advanced quantitative and deductive skills. Ability to distinguish between the signal and the noise and make data-driven decisions.
  • Powerful storyteller: written, verbal, and visual. Excellent communication skills and presentation skills
  • You are part experience designer, part employer brand ambassador
  • You are a creative cultur
