Required Security Clearance: NATO Secret

• A Higher Secondary education and completed advanced vocational training leading to a professional qualification with 5 years post related and 2 years functional related experience.
• ITIL v3 Foundation (essential). ITILv3 Service Operations (essential).
• Previous staff experience at large HQ or MoD.
• Extensive experience in office Communication and Information Systems (CIS).
• High level of Organisational, coordination and communication skills required.
• Desirable
• PRINCE2 Foundation (desirable).
• Ability to adapt to constantly changing requirements.
• Proven success as an Operational team lead and mentor.
• Strong analytical, organization, multitasking and prioritisation skills.
• Technical leadership experience.
• Knowledge of NATO responsibilities and organization, including Allied Command Operations and Allied Command Transformation.

Requirements

Required Security Clearance: NATO Secret

• Have an oversight of theOperational process, assessment and prioritisation of all Incidents, service requests, problems and Authorized Service Interruptions (ASI's).
• Works directly, and is responsible to the Incident Manager for direction, guidance and supervision, including discipline management.
• Represents the OPSCEN on all DCIS coordination events
• Ensure DCIS provided toolsets are correctly incorporated in to the OPSCEN.
• Work on own initiative with limited supervision.
• Perform additional duties as required, or directed by Management.
