What is the role?
To help and inspire our customers as a long-term partner to achieve their digital successgrowth, the role of Business Consultant/Architect is crucial. Due to this increasing need, we are looking for an experienced professional who inspires to strengthen our team.
As a Business Consultant, you function as a bridge, connecting business and IT. You will meet with C-level directors of appealing companies and you will delve into complex challenges at strategic, tactical and operational level. With the help of workshops and business case validation, you understand the challenges of the (end)customer and advise the customer on business growth. You develop scenarios and roadmaps to substantiate your advice. You work in various industries, which guarantees challenging work and variety. In your role you help build the future of our customers.
What do you bring?
You come with extensive skills and experience in e-commerce strategies, processes and organisations and the knowledge how to apply them in different fields of industries. You are good at networking, you maintain your contacts well and you like to build (customer) relationships. You are a motivating and inspiring personality who combines substantive advice quality with market and customer focus in a ambitious, pragmatic and result-oriented way of working. Also, you like to work in a team, where different ideas and perspectives are included in the work.
In addition
- You have a master's degree, preferably in the field of business administration, organizational science, business informatics or a related study;
- You have 5+ years of relevant work experience, preferably at a consultancy organization;
- You have an affinity with issues surrounding digitization, strategy and business value with e-commerce and are able to quickly understand business processes;
- You have excellent communication and presentation skills, both in Dutch and in English (verbal oral and written).
