The Financial Analyst supports and helps developing CLEVR’s ambitious growth plans.
Activities include but are not limited to financial planning and modeling, scenario analyses, investigating mergers and acquisitions, supporting strategic initiatives.
In this role, you will collaborate heavily with the CFO, CEO, the various business teams and the Private Equity shareholder, as appropriate.

The role is based in Amersfoort, and reports directly to the CFO.

Your tasks
- Implement, and continuously maintain the Company’s multi-year plan.
- Support the Company’s budgeting and forecasting process.
- Perform investment and ROI analyses, financial modeling, scenario / sensitivity analyses, etc.
- Help with the creation and implementation of Company wide and functional KPI dashboards.
- Support the preparation of recurring, incl. monthly, and ad hoc management reports.
- Create management presentations.
- Provide recommendations for improvements in financial processes, reporting and systems.
- Participate in Mamp;A projects and initiatives.
Requirements
CLEVR is looking for an energetic and hands-on financial analyst.
Your profile:
- University degree in finance (Bachelor, Master, MBA).
- 2-3 years of experience with transaction advisory services at Big-4 or comparable, or in a similar corporate finance role at a Private Equity firm.
- Strong affinity for numbers and financial modeling.
- Knowledgeable about all aspects of financial accounting.
- Strong analytical skills and eye for detail, and meticulous.
- Expert level in Excel, PowerPoint.
- Fluent in English, verbally and in writing.
- Strong communications skills, and solid business acumen.
- Proactive, solution-oriented mindset with a clear ability to identify and pursue improvements.
- Energetic, curious with a strong desire to learn and grow, and willing to go the extra mile.
