As a Program Manager for the Benelux you will be responsible for bringing solutions to market through ownership of the full product development process within a region/vertical of Footprint. You will report to the Regional Sales Director, and work closely together with the Sales Team members and other Footprint teams.
Responsibilities also include:
- Bringing solutions to market through ownership of the full product development process;
- Planning the overall program and monitoring the progress;
- Coordinating the projects and their interdependencies;
- Responsible for meeting the certification requirements for the development of the technology;
- Create timelines for the major milestones for design, development, and deployment;
- Managing the program’s budget, managing risks and issues and taking corrective measurements;
- Defining the program governance (controls);
- Have in depth data reviews during development with engineering team;
- Daily program management throughout the program life cycle;
- Managing and utilizing resources across projects;
- Managing stakeholders’ communication;
- Aligning the deliverables (outputs) to the program’s outcome;
- Managing the main program documentations;
- Act as an ambassador for our products and a fierce believer in a healthier world without plastics.
Requirements
Your qualifications:
- BSc or MSc degree in Science, Engineering or similar;
- 5+ years of experience in a similar program management or project management role within a technology-driven organization, preferably within a manufacturing environment;
- At least 2 years of experience with planning, developing, and managing departmental expense and capital budgets;
- At least 2 years of experience in direct leadership and/or cross functional team leadership;
- Distinctive technical affinity.
What You Will Need To Be Successful:
- Good knowledge and handling of project and program management methodology and techniques;
- Ability to understand and communicate complex technical concepts and break them down to a larger group of people;
- Good understanding of the wider objectives of the program;
- Committed to teamwork and able to establish and maintain good internal and external work relationships based on mutual trust and understanding;
- Fluent in English and Dutch (German or French as an extra language is seen as a plus) ;
- You live in one of the Benelux countries, preferably near the Noord-Brabant area in the Netherlands;
- Microsoft Office expert (Project, Outlook, Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
- Detail-oriented, well-structured, reporting-skills;
- Ability to work positively with the wide range of individuals involved in program management;
- Strong leadership and management skills;
- Good knowledge of budgeting and resource allocation procedures;
- The ability to find innovative ways to resolve problems;
