TA BP - Corporate

As the TA BP - Corporate your role is to support the Regional leadership team and the local general managers in-market to scale their teams by hiring key corporate roles. You have options; this role can be based in the UK, Netherlands, France, Spain, Italy, Portgual or Germany.


Your role includes day to day management and workload planning of a book of vacancies to ensure the productivity and success in hiring the right team members for our regional and C level leaders across disciplines that include, among others, Legal, Finance, People, Marketing, Communications, Policy and Government Relations. Beyond hiring, you will take a resourceful approach to your work and provide people and market insights to our corporate Leadership team and will turn these insights into hiring tactics.

What you will do;

  • Partner with the regional leadership to scale corporate teams globally by hiring key positions through to associates
  • Remain hands-on as a recruiter, taking on vacancies end to end
  • Provide reports on productivity, progress and success ensuring minimum OKRs are met
  • Build insights and market knowledge for use by the expansion and talent acquisition teams to positively impact our speed and ability to hire the best talent
  • Flex into hiring in other teams as and when required and as demand calls for it
  • Collaborate with the Head of Talent Acquisition and TA Managers to build world-class recruiting practices

Requirements

  • A skilled recruiter with a minimum of 6 years experience in a search firm or rapidly scaling business, preferably with international exposure
  • Keen business acumen and ability to quickly grasp concepts to be able to sell these to prospective candidates
  • A track record in corporate hiring is key
  • A proven track record in being able to coach and mentor whilst load balancing
  • Business fluency in English and preferably additional European languages
  • Hunger to succeed
