As an email marketing specialist, I work closely with local marketing specialists, content marketing specialists and demand generation specialists to create impactful and successful email campaigns and workflows. Following benchmarks and own results, is my job to implement new campaigns and improve existing ones, with the goal of nurturing prospects and engage with customers without losing sight of their experience with our brand.

This will be your team

The focus of the marketing team is on growth and making GoodHabitz a lovebrand for customers, prospects and GoodHabitz employees. Apart from canvassing new customers, we create thrilling content and campaigns to surprise both customers and non-customers alike. We’re in the business of creating fans and ambassadors of our brand who will stick with us, and maybe even upgrade to other GoodHabitz services at a later stage.

This is what you’ll be doing

• You are responsible for all email campaigns that are part of the customer journey for several European countries.
• You think, create, build, test, send and report email campaigns and workflows.
• You run experiments and A/B tests in a daily basis.
• You work with all our databases and create and update segments in a daily basis.
• You create different assets in our Email amp; Automation Marketing platform, as forms, landing pages, automated rules, among others.
• You work together with other marketing team members to achieve the best results in every market.
• You make detailed briefings for our internal creative team so they can create exactly what you need for your campaigns.
• You apply the latest market trends and best practices.

Requirements

You are perfect for this job because you

• Have worked in e-mail marketing for at least 2 years
• Know how to navigate CRM and databases.
• Have worked with major Email Marketing amp; Marketing Automation tools (Pardot is a plus)
• Have experience with HTML and CSS.
• Are analytical and know your way around Google Analytics.
• Have a background in acquisition, engagement and/or retention programs
• Have good command of English and speak at least one other European language.
• Are aware of the latest trends and developments in email marketing
• Are quick on the uptake when it comes to new digital tools
• It’s a plus if you know how to work with Salesforce.
• It’s a plus if you have experience in B2B, SaaS or tech
