Job Description
Tellow is looking for an experienced Growth Marketeer to drive our ambitious digital growth strategy.
Are you passionate about CRO, ASO and SEO? Do you like to create eye-catching landing pages, running campaigns, and measuring the results of your work? If so, you are the candidate we are looking for.
The ideal candidate for this role will be responsible for optimizing and expanding our growth through digital advertising. You will lead planning and execution of our marketing strategy, and will have the opportunity to try new initiatives, concepts, and ideas.
As part of Tellow’s marketing team, you will support the recruitment of new, qualified customers and enable them to sign-up in a smooth and optimized way to grow our customer base.
As a Growth Marketeer, you will:
- Help us create sector specific user journeys to acquire customers and convert them
- Advice our product amp; tech teams on web/mobile app optimization
- Create and optimize landing pages as well as copy for your campaigns
- Identify and optimize advertising opportunities
- Identify and test new growth opportunities to deliver on CAC goals
- Collaborate with the marketing team around campaigns and A/B tests
- Analyze data and measure campaign effectiveness
Requirements

- 5+ years of practical experience with digital marketing - with a solid track record
- Experience using Google Analytics and other performance reporting tools (e.g. baremetrics, data studio and similar)
- A strong drive and structure in your work
- A data-driven and analytical approach
- A hunger to learn and adapt in a changing work environment
- Strong language proficiency in Dutch and English
- Experience in SaaS, B2B or accounting is a plus

Procedure
Upon review of your resume and cover letter, if you are selected, you will be invited to begin interviews with our team. The first round of those interviews will be with our marketing team via video call. After that, we will ask you to do an assignment related to your prospective role to test your skills in the field, as we believe this is a strong predictor of your future work. For senior roles a cognitive ability test and personality assessment will be part of the process.
